Scope: The project consists of the renovation and addition to Sterling College’s Gleason Physical Education Center. The Addition included the new Dudrey Health Sciences addition as well as the new Whilkey Fieldhouse auxiliary gymnasium.
The scope also included a separate sports annex building providing climate-controlled coach’s offices, batting cages and track and filed storage.
The Addition and renovation to Gleason included the extended programs for an expanded lobby, hall of fame, concessions, wellness center, physical therapy labs, classrooms, offices, locker rooms and the added auxiliary gym.
