Architectural services for over 156,000 SF of a complex, multi-phased renovation of a 9-story 310,000 SF existing downtown building into a new Medical School. This was a user engagement-driven project with modern design. Health Care/Medical/Education spaces include state-of-the-art medical simulation labs, observation rooms, practice clinics, research labs, lecture halls, study rooms, etc. for 400+ students and 400+ professor/faculty. Additional spaces include student cafe/coffee shop, lounge/study areas, locker rooms, large open study concepts, administration offices, IT/Tech lab, media/broadcast room and a one-stop computer student tech shop. Future renovations will include another 154,000 SF of upper floors.
