The challenge was to remodel the all glass shell of this building, modifying the function and the look all at once. The building was redesigned to draw attention to itself in such a way that the tenants are noticed and the building itself is not. This was achieved by introducing a strong angled wall that faces the major intersection. Once this was put into place the building was re-clad with stucco and a continuous sign band was added around the perimeter to insure maximum tenant flexibility and exposure.
